The AMB Referral Program lets you introduce your business contacts who are booking hotel stays to the Arlo team. If your referral enrolls in Arlo Means Business and completes a stay within 12 months of the referral date, you will receive a $100 e-gift card as our thank-you.

Terms & Conditions
The Arlo Means Business Referral Program is open to external travel managers, corporate clients, meeting planners, and qualified partner contacts. Arlo Hotels employees are not eligible to participate.
Eligible participants may submit referrals through the Arlo Means Business referral form by introducing business contacts interested in enrolling in the Arlo Means Business program. Once submitted, Arlo Hotels will follow up with the referred contact as a new sales lead.
A referral qualifies if it results in a new signed Arlo Means Business agreement and the referred company completes a qualifying stay within 12 months of the referral submission date.
To be considered valid, referrals must meet all of the following criteria:
- The referral must include a meaningful introduction that directly influenced the business relationship
- The referred company must be new to Arlo Means Business
- The referral may not be a self-referral
- Duplicate or multiple submissions for the same company are not eligible
Contacts submitted without permission, sourced from public information, or generated through independent prospecting do not qualify.
- Eligible referrals receive one $100 e-gift card per referred company
- Only one reward will be issued per company, regardless of multiple stays or agreements
- If multiple agreements are executed under the same parent company, only one reward will be issued
- Subsidiaries with separate legal entities may qualify as separate referrals
Rewards are issued after verification and confirmation of a qualifying Arlo Means Business agreement and stay.
All referrals are subject to review and verification by Arlo Hotels to confirm eligibility and compliance with program terms. Arlo Hotels reserves the right to determine, at its discretion, whether a referral qualifies for a reward.
- The program applies only to companies with no active Arlo Means Business agreement and no qualifying stay activity within the previous 12 months
- Rewards are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash
- Arlo Hotels reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the program at any time
