About the Event
In this special Yin Yoga Masterclass, we will be focused on unwinding and discovering a deeper part of ourselves. Yin Yoga is a quiet and contemplative practice, focused on targeting the deeper tissues of the body -our connective tissues- ligaments, joints, bones, the deep fascia networks of the body and the meridians. Yin Yoga invites us to observe the uncomfortable, and find peace within it all. Supported by slow and deep breaths throughout the class, allowing us to release all that no longer serves us. This masterclass will also include an extended savasana meditation with aromatherapy and sound healing included. Join us at the Yoga Deck.
