This policy refers to how we uphold our values of kindness and respect on our Arlo social media channels. Arlo reserves the right to remove any content shared on our social media, including spam, illegal content, hate speech and abuse, and inappropriate imagery. As a lifestyle hospitality innovator, Arlo provides exceptional service, creates a welcoming environment for all, and is dedicated to inspiring all of those who cross our path. This mission applies to our social media as much as it does to any of our hotels. We have a responsibility to uphold core values of kindness and respect, and ensure a positive environment that strengthens our digital community. Arlo reserves the right to remove any content shared on our social media, including without limitation, content that Arlo in its discretion falls into the below categories:

  • Spam: creating or submitting unwanted comments, likes, or other forms of commercial or harassing communications.
  • Illegal content: any support or praise of organized crime, hate groups or terrorism will be removed. Selling firearms, drugs or sexual services are also prohibited.
  • Hate speech, bullying and abuse: threats of violence, hate speech and the targeting of private individuals will be removed. Additionally, we will take down attacks or abuse based on race, ethnicity, national origin, sex, gender, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, disability or disease.
  • Inappropriate imagery: we don’t allow nudity or sexually explicit images on our feed or in our tagged photos.
