Drinks al fresco. Bites with a breeze. It’s peak rooftop season in NYC, and always a good time for rooftop poolside hangs in Miami. Which is why we’re serving up some of our tastiest inside tips on maximizing summer visits to our ART Rooftops. Try one, try ’em all …

ART NoMad

ART NoMad: The view is bananas (you’ll become intimate with the Empire State Building) but the vibe is chill. Sail on up to the 31st floor of Arlo NoMad and enjoy a cocktail, mocktail, beer or wine. Your order will pair perfectly with the NYC-scape and the small plates of summer bites on tap.

Top Secrets: This may be our most photogenic of rooftops, thanks to the “Sky Walk,” a glass floor that allows you to look down on the city below. The menu’s summer musts include a lobster roll and the NoMad Dog, a hotdog topped with caviar.

11 East 31st Street. Open Monday -Friday 4pm–11pm and 12pm-11pm on the weekends.

ART Midtown: Here’s your chance to star in your very own West Side Story. Escape the bustle of Midtown 26 stories up, and take in views that stretch from Hudson Yards to the One World Trade building and beyond. Watch the sunset over the Hudson. Sip a signature drop or try something new.

Top Secrets: Treat your group chat to a classic NYC experience IRL with ART Midtown’s large-format cocktails. Order a pitcher of punch—flavors include Stone Fruit Negroni and Watermelon Gimlet—and soak up the summer-in-the-city ambiance.

351 W 38th Street. Open daily 4pm-11pm and ‘til 12am on Fridays and Saturdays.

ART SoHo: It’s the only NYC rooftop with indoor and outdoor space open year-round, and the platonic ideal of a laidback but cool downtown scene. The site for daytime workouts and regular pop-ups, ART SoHo is at its best when you’re snacking on tacos, sipping a cocktail, and enjoying river and city views dotted by water towers.

Top Secrets: Ditch the club for the rooftop. ART SoHo hosts live DJ sets every Saturday night and Taco Tuesday —aka Fiesta Night.

231 Hudson Street. Open daily 4pm til late.

ART Williamsburg: At ART Williamsburg, the rooftop is open daily so you can channel fun-day vibes any day of the week. Oh, yeah, and a picturesque pool seals the deal. Loungers are complimentary for guests and day passes and cabana rentals are available to locals and visitors. On Friday and Saturday nights, this is also the spot to catch world-renowned DJs on rotation weekly presented by Arlo After Dark. Sundays ART Williamsburg is home to the FOMO-inducing Azure Day Parties.

Top Secrets: Who says you can’t extend that rooftop magic to your workday? Our new WFR: Work From Rooftop program turns ART Williamsburg into the most covetable remote office in the city. For an extra $35 on Resort Pass, you’ll enjoy unlimited cold brew, your choice of a wrap or sandwich and a spritz to top it off.

ART Wynwood: Picture a quintessential Miami pool party. Then put yourself right there, on the rooftop of Arlo Wynwood, with views across the skyline of the Magic City. The sleek pool deck has quickly become a go-to for scoping out Miami style, at the frequent STAMPED parties and as a backdrop for swimwear and magazine shoots. A steady beat of DJ programming runs through the weekends, and special events are always complimentary for hotel guests.

Top Secrets: Swing by between 3pm–6pm daily for Lucky Hour and experience the magic of the rooftop with $6 beers, 50% off bottles of rosé, and other specials. Wanna stay all day? In the summer, you can snag Resort Pass access for as low as $25.

2217 NW Miami Court. Open daily 12pm-8pm.
