Meet Kate Turner – Arlo’s Wellness Curator
“Wellness means partaking in daily practices and activities that provide physical, mental, and emotional benefits to a person’s mind, body, and soul,” says Kate Turner, Wellness Curator for Arlo. “Even small steps toward personal wellness make a huge impact.”
For Arlo, the former competitive dancer and current entrepreneur partners with the best in health, fitness and wellness to produce weekly programming and quarterly retreats for our guests and neighbors in New York City and Miami.
“My goal is to bring the best of wellness to our hotel guests and the public with events incorporating movement, mindfulness and more,” says Turner. “Above all, my mission is to make Arlo Hotels a destination for wellness.”
