Bennie is a new exciting platform created by the team behind IYA that makes sharing your love for hotels even more fun and earning points and rewards even easier. Along the way, you and your followers will continue to enjoy exclusive hotel rates and other perks.

For our current IYA members, here’s a few things to know.
What to expect from Bennie:
- Continued exclusive rates, up to 40% off, for you and anyone who books with your access code.
- Continue to earn points when you or anyone who books with your code, redeemable toward future hotel stays
- More lifestyle hotels, outside of Arlo hotels, to join Bennie later this year.
What happens next:
- When Bennie launches in coming weeks, you’ll receive an email to activate your account by resetting your password. As a perk for being an IYA member, you’ll receive an additional 2500 points.
- Your existing access code and IYA points will transfer over to Bennie at equal value.
- Once you’re in, start booking, sharing, and earning.

Is Bennie affiliated with Arlo Hotels?
Bennie was concepted and developed by team members of Arlo Hotels. However, Bennie is a standalone entity and is independently operated. Arlo hotels remain a supply partner of Bennie.
How is this different than the If You Arlo (“IYA”) program?
IYA served as a proof of concept for Bennie. Bennie has enhanced features for a more seamless experience.
What are the benefits of Bennie?
Similar to IYA, Bennie will entitle you and anyone who books with your unique Access Code an exclusive, discounted rate of up to 40% off the hotel’s standard rate. Additionally, as a member of Bennie, you will receive points which can be redeemed towards a future hotel stay.
Is Bennie only for Arlo hotels?
Currently Bennie only offers Arlo hotels. However, in the near future, we will add a curated list of other branded hotels.
Does Bennie offer better hotel rates?
Yes, hotels rates on Bennie are up to 40% lower than the standard rates found on the hotel’s website.
Will IYA shut down and is the app going away?
Yes, the IYA program and the app will shut down on Mar 31, 2026. Bennie will replace IYA in its entirety.
Do I need to reapply or am I automatically approved?
No, as a member of IYA, you are granted automatic approval
What do I need to do to activate my account on Bennie?
You will receive an email notifying you to activate your account. You will simply need to reset your password.
What happens to my existing IYA points?
All your current points will automatically be transferred to Bennie at equal value.
Can I still redeem my IYA points on Bennie?
Yes, all your IYA points will be transferred and redeemable through Bennie. You will be able to redeem your points directly on Bennie and will no longer need to submit requests for redemption after making the booking.
What happens to my future, pending bookings on IYA?
All future and pending bookings will be transferred over to Bennie and you will receive points for these bookings.
Will old links or codes stop working?
Yes, any links to arlohotels.com will stop working after March 31, 2026
Will Bennie notify everyone who has booked in the past through IYA?
Yes, we will email everyone who has booked in the past with IYA, notifying them of the change from IYA to Bennie.
Will my Access Code remain the same or get a new link?
Your Access Code will remain the same and instruct everyone to hellobennie.com. You can also share a link directlyto the website with your code embedded.
How do I or my followers make reservations on Bennie?
Reservations can be made directly on Bennie (when we’re live!).
How do I earn points with Bennie?
As with IYA, you will receive points every time you or someone makes a reservation using your Access Code and completes their stay.
Do the points still have the same value as IYA?
Yes, you will earn 10 points for every $1 spent on room revenue. Each point is worth $0.003. For example. A reservation for $250 per night for 2 nights will earn you 5000 points or $15 credit towards a future stay.
How long does it take for points to post to my account?
24 hours after checkout
Do my points expire differently under Bennie?
With Bennie, your points will no longer expire, but accounts will be subject to termination if there is no activity within three years.
Where can I track my points?
You can track your points and stays on hellobennie.com in your account profile.
Can I choose which hotels I promote?
Yes, that is entirely up to you. However, please know that your access code will be applicable for every hotel on Bennie.
How should I communicate to my followers about Bennie?
We suggest posting on Instagram, TikTok, or email. Many influencers also promote during IRL social events.
Is there a mobile app?
Not currently but there will be in the near future. We will be sure to announce upon launch.
