Use 171 North Garland Court, Chicago, IL 60601 as your drop-off point. It’s the safest place for rideshare and taxis.

Our main entrance sits on an active bus loading zone, so Garland Court is the easiest spot to arrive.

Drive & Park

Set your GPS to 171 North Garland Court, Chicago, IL 60601. Here, you can unload your luggage and inquire about check-in. From the loading zone, you will see the Self Park Garage we are partnered with, located at 20 E. Randolph, where you can park your vehicle.

  • For in-and-out privileges, you will need to prepay online. The front desk agent will provide you with the necessary link when you enter the garage. The rate is $55 for 24hrs
  • If you do not need in-and-out privileges, simply retrieve a ticket from the garage, park your car, and bring the ticket to the front desk for validation. You will pay at the garage when you depart. The rate is $40 per 24hrs for up to 3 days 

Your Stay at Arlo Chicago

Check-in time is at 4pm. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage for you so you can get out and explore. You are able to check-in up until midnight. Please contact the front desk if you plan to arrive after midnight by emailing us at [email protected]. The check-in age is 21 years old, and we will require a valid physical photo ID and a physical form of payment.

Feeling peckish? Don’t miss our Lucky Hour at About Last Knife (ALK) on Mondays through Friday from 3pm to 7pm. We serve all day, including brunch on weekends so stop by and grab a bite before you head out to explore Chicago.
