About the Event
Hoes With Feelings is a stand-up comedy show meets group therapy. Based off of the podcast with the same name, unlicensed professionals and hosts Karolena Theresa and Melissa Rich help the audience and the comedians they present with unauthorized therapy from two unhinged NYC girls, while also soliciting advice on their own issues. Boundaries! Breakthroughs! It’s part comedy, part group therapy, and all laughs…maybe some tears….
Karolena Theresa (featured in Dazed magazine) is a New York-based, Queens-native, stand-up comedian, actress, comedy writer, and short plus size model. She is a tour member of Awkward Sex and the City and a recent cast member of the productions Handmaid’s Tale: The Musical and Hidden Fences.
Melissa Rich is a columnist for Nylon, comedian, and NYC It girl based in Lower Manhattan. Her podcast CHIC NYC captures culture and nightlife in the city and beyond.
