Arrels: Coming Soon

The name of Arlo Washington DC’s signature restaurant means “roots” in Catalan, and chef Pepe Moncayo’s culinary background in Barcelona fuels his modern takes on classic Spanish dishes. Arrels’ 120-seat dining room and courtyard channels a contemporary Spanish farmhouse vibe while a charcoal grill takes center stage in the kitchen, turning out irresistible grilled meats, charred vegetables, and rice and paella dishes that pair perfectly with sangria and gin and tonics.
