While the hotel doesn’t have on-site parking, we suggest using LAZ Parking located at 404 W 37th Street.

Your Stay in Midtown

The minimum check-in age at Arlo Midtown is 21 years old. Guests will be required to present a valid photo ID, in addition to their method of payment at check-in.

Yes! Arlo Midtown is family friendly. Any guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older to check-in.

Check-in is after 3pm. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage for you so you can get out an explore.

Pending availability, you can check-in early to Arlo Midtown:

  • Between 9am-12pm – $50

Check-out is at 12pm.

Yes! Arlo Midtown’s gym it is open 24 hours a day. It includes strength equipment, treadmills, elliptical machines, studio bikes as well as a stretching studio.

The hotel will receive guests’ packages starting three days prior to arrival free of charge. Should guests need packages to be stored post-departure, a $20 per day storage fee will apply. The hotel is not liable for lost or misplaced packages.

The urban fee is $30 + tax per room per night will be added to all reservations in additional to the nightly rate. The urban fee allows us to ensure that we are providing the best accommodation to our guests and include the below benefits:

  • 2 cans of water daily
  • 10% off at Altair, excludes breakfast service
  • In-room high-speed WiFi
  • Daily Citi Bike passes
  • Access to Alo Moves on-demand
  • Local and domestic phone call
  • 24/7 access to the Fitness Center

Arlo Hotel’s nightly Urban Fee amenities include use of CitiBikes via the Lyft App. Guests will be given promo codes to access free rides during their stay with Arlo. These codes are at no additional cost to our guests. How does it work? Easy as 1, 2, 3!

  1. Download the Lyft App (the same app for ordering cars!)
  2. Use the promo code provided by front desk. This promo code will need to be entered as a “LyftPass” under the payments screen.
  3. Use the five $5 rides in a 24-hour period

Things to know:

  • Any rides that go over the value of $5 or that are over 24 hours after the code was entered will be charged to the payment method on file.
  • The code does not cover electric bike rides and only works for one phone.
  • Guests will have to get a new code once the activated codes expire, but guests are welcome to request multiple codes during their stay.

Yes! Up to two (2) dogs or cats per room, each under 75lbs, may stay with their humans for the duration of their stay. There will be a fee of $20 pre-tax per pet, per night charged in addition to the standard room rate. All animals must be registered with the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot at this time permit animals other than dogs or cats in any capacity.

Arlo Midtown Rooms

Our King rooms average approximately 170 square feet, allowing for a maximum of 2 guests per room. Our Two Full rooms average approximately 200 square feet, allowing for a maximum of 4 guests per room.

The hotel can coordinate laundry or dry cleaning on the guest’s behalf. Same-day laundry or dry-cleaning service is only available Monday-Friday and must be received before 9am.

Each guest room has a hand-held clothing steamer. Traditional irons and ironing boards are also available on request.

Each guest room is equipped with an Arlo Hotels rain umbrella. Guests are welcome to use this during their stay.

Baby cribs and pack & plays not available, however guests with children are welcome to bring their own.

The hotel does not offer room service. However, our Bodega is available 24-hours and includes snacks, beverages, and coffee for purchase.

Bookings, Chances, and Cancellations

Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking, but many of our rates are fully cancellable when you book on our website. Please refer to the T&Cs displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

Arlo Midtown will authorize unpaid room, tax, urban fees as well as a $100 security deposit at the time of check-in. Your final bill will be applied against the authorization and any remaining authorization overage will be released upon check-out. Depending on bank processing times, the release of funds in your account could take up to 30 days. Use of debit cards is discouraged.
