Our gym is your cardio and strength-training HQ, with a range of state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment at the ready. Hit the treadmill, rower, or the elliptical, or log on to your favorite Peloton workout on our bikes. Boxing bags, weights, and ropes are at the ready if you’re building muscle, and yoga mats and a ballet barre will set you up for conditioning and cool-downs.

If working out in the concrete jungle is more your speed, we also offer Citi Bike day passes so you can explore NYC on two wheels. Combine city cycling with green space and fresh air on the Central Park Southern Loop and Hudson River Greenway, or get your sweat on getting from A to B by bike. Day passes are available at the front desk.
