With a prime position on the 31st floor, A.R.T. features an incredibly Insta-worthy “sky walk” glass floor that makes you feel like you’re sitting on top of the world. The lounge offers a dynamic cocktail list, along with wine, beer, seltzer and tasty snacks. A.R.T. NoMad is open Thursday to Saturday nights.
