We require a valid credit or debit card to guarantee your reservation.
If your reservation is listed as non-refundable or pre-paid: we will charge the full amount of your reservation, including the room rate, all taxes, and all fees (as displayed on the booking page, to the card you provide, once you confirm your reservation. This deposit is non-refundable, even if you cancel your reservation or fail to show.
If your reservation calls for a one-night deposit: we will charge the room rate for the first night of your stay (plus all applicable taxes) to the card you provide once you confirm your reservation. The remainder of your stay, including all fees and all remaining taxes, will be charged at check-in. The initial deposit is non-refundable, but you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the deposit if you cancel.
If your reservation does not require pre-payment, or states “free cancellation”: We still require that you provide a valid card to guarantee the reservation. You are free to cancel at any time, but you will be charged for the first night’s room rate plus tax if you cancel within 24 hours of check-in.
