Your Stay in SoHo

The minimum check-in age at Arlo SoHo is 21 years old. Guests will be required to present a valid photo ID, in addition to their method of payment at check-in.

Yes! Arlo SoHo is family friendly. Any guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older to check-in.

Check-in is after 3pm. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage for you so you can get out an explore.

Pending availability, you can check-in early to Arlo SoHo:

Check-out is at 12pm.

Don’t want to leave to bed? Totally get it. Pending availability, you can check-out later from Arlo SoHo:

We have a partnership with the Gotham Gym! Our friends at nearby Gotham Gym have everything you need for spinning, strength training, cardio and more. Boxing and kickboxing is a specialty here and as our guest you’ll have access to the class of your choice (just make sure to sign up 24 hours in advance). Arlo SoHo guests also enjoy an exclusive discount on personal training sessions at Gotham. Swing by the front desk for your guest pass and more information.

The hotel will receive guests’ packages free of charge within 3 days prior to arrival. Packages received outside of that window will be billed to the guest as follows.

Price per package:

  • Small/Medium Packages: $5
  • Large Packages: $10

Should the guests need packages to be stored post-departure, they will have 30 days to claim them. Unclaimed packages past 30 days from the package arrival date will be discarded. Please keep in mind, that courier companies do NOT accept “return to sender” without a new shipping label. Should the guest want a package to be shipped, a shipping label will have to be sent to the hotel at [email protected].

Yes! Up to two (2) dogs or cats per room, each under 75lbs, may stay with their humans for the duration of their stay. There will be a fee of $20 pre-tax per pet, per night charged in addition to the standard room rate. All animals must be registered with the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot at this time permit animals other than dogs or cats in any capacity.

The urban fee is $30 + tax per room per night will be added to all reservations in additional to the nightly rate. The urban fee allows us to ensure that we are providing the best accommodation to our guests and include the below benefits:

Arlo SoHo Rooms

Our cozy guest rooms measure approximately 150 square feet, allowing for a maximum of 2 guests per room.

The hotel can coordinate laundry or dry cleaning on the guest’s behalf. Note that there is no same-day laundry or dry-cleaning service, due to these services being rendered with our laundry service company off property.

Each guest room has a hand-held clothing steamer. Traditional irons and ironing boards are also available on request.

Each guest room is equipped with an Arlo Hotels rain umbrella. Guests are welcome to use this during their stay.

Baby cribs and pack & plays not available, however guests with children are welcome to bring their own.

We offer Room Service, available from 8am to 10pm daily.

Bookings, Chances, and Cancellations

Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking, but many of our rates are fully cancellable when you book on our website. Please refer to the T&Cs displayed during the booking process and in your confirmation email.

Arlo SoHo will authorize your credit card for unpaid room, tax and a $100 security deposit, at time of check-in. Your final bill will be applied against the authorization and any remaining authorization overage will be released upon check-out. Depending on bank processing times, the release of funds in your account could take up to 30 days.
