Valet parking is available 7 days a week. Rates start from $40/day with in and out privileges.
Standards cars are $40/day, $48.80 including tax and fees. SUVs are $50/day, $61.00 including tax and fees. All rates are subject to a mandatory 15% surcharge and 7% sales tax.

Your stay in Wynwood
The minimum check-in age at Arlo Wynwood is 21 years old. Guest will be required to present a valid photo ID, in addition to their method of payment at check-in.
Yes! Arlo Wynwood is family friendly. Any guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older to check-in.
Check-in time is at 3pm. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage for you so you can get out an explore.

Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out can be added for a fee, based on availability.

Yes! The Arlo Wynwood fitness center is equipped with state-of-the-art Life Fitness equipment, including treadmills, ellipticals, and strength equipment. We’ve even got a few Pelotons! Want other fitness activities? We also have daily yoga classes and complimentary bikes for you to head out to explore.
Yes, up to two (2) dogs or cats per room, each under 75lbs, may stay with their humans for the duration of their stay. There will be a fee of $20 pre-tax per pet, per night charged in addition to the standard room rate. All animals must be registered with the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot at this time permit animals other than dogs or cats in any capacity.
The hotel will receive guests’ packages starting three (3) days prior to arrival. The first five (5) packages received are complementary if under 50 lbs. The following charges will apply for additional packages or packages received more than three (3) days prior to arrival.
- Packages weighing 1lb – 49 lbs. will be charged at $10.00 each package
- Packages weighing 50lbs. – 99 lbs. will be charged at $25.00 each package
- Packages weighing over 100lbs. will be charged at $75.00 each package
- Up to (20) packages are allowed before a rental fee storage area is needed.
We deliver packages daily to our guests between 5pm–6pm. For immediate package assistance, please contact the front desk or concierge and we can arrange to have the packages delivered immediately.
Should you need packages to be stored past your check-out date, a $20/day storage fee will apply. The hotel is not liable for lost or misplaced packages.
The hotel will authorize unpaid room, tax, urban fees as well as a daily $150 security deposit at the time of check-in. Your final bill will be applied against the authorization and any remaining authorization overage will be released upon check-out. Depending on bank processing times, the release of funds in your account could take up to 30 days. Use of debit cards is discouraged.
The urban fee is $35 + tax per room per night which provides guests with the following bells & whistles:

- 24-hour fitness center
- Highspeed WiFi
- Local and long distance calls
- Access to rooftop pool & bar with sundeck
