Art Matters: In rotation

In Wynwood, we’re celebrating Black History Month on February 21 with an artist discussion Unveiling Her Vision: A Celebration of Black Women moderated by Octavia Yearwood featuring our newest residents Kandy G Lopez and Reyna Noriega.

Lopez’s exhibit, “Our Shadow Remains”, is the next installation of Arlo’s Living Room Gallery series. Get to know more about the artist in our recent Q&A.

We’ll also be giving a sneak peek of “Reyna’s Room: An Oasis of Peace and Joy”, a custom-designed room takeover by Noriega. The room is available for stays through April 6.

In Midtown, new work by Orit Fuchs as part of the Arlo Living Room Gallery Series is now “on view”.

In Wynwood, MaryGold’s is serving up a “Love Me Sweet” cocktail for the lovestruck, along with a 5-course couple’s dinner experience. On February 22, the restaurant will host a South Beach Wine & Food Festival dinner showcasing chefs Brad Kilgore and Markus Glocker.
