While the winter in Miami is typically a busy time for art fairs, boat shows, and food festivals, the summer and fall are also great for festivals and fun events, especially in the arts district of Wynwood. If you’re looking for some 2025 events to check out during your stay at Arlo Wynwood, here are a few we recommend adding to your list.
Wynwood Art Walk
Typically held every month, Wynwood Art Walk has become one of the most iconic events in Miami. Experience a world-class collection of murals, browse the pop-up vendors, and fuel up at gourmet food trucks, as you listen to live music. This is an event that encapsulates what Wynwood does best, bringing together art, music, and food, and encouraging community-building.
III Points
Held at Mana Wynwood, III Points is a massive music festival that takes place over two days—this year, Friday, October 17, and Saturday, October 18. More than 150 artists will take the stage over the course of the festival—you can see the full lineup here. Single-day tickets and 2-day tickets are available.
El Patio
This popular bar in Wynwood has Latin and Electropico music events every night of the week. The venue features a spacious dance floor and colorful decor.
Gramps
A local institution, Gramps is a place you can always count on for a good night out. This bar, live music venue, and pizzeria has a Carribean/Floridian vibe, and loads of live events. On Fridays and Saturdays, it’s open until 3am; every other night it’s open until 1am.
Wynwood Marketplace
A sprawling outdoor event space, Wynwood Marketplace regularly hosts events featuring local artists and vendors. It’s a great place to go with a group and enjoy drinks and food truck snacks.
Drag Brunch
Turn your Saturday or Sunday brunch into a rowdy and raucous time at R House Wynwood. The restaurant’s iconic Drag Brunch entertains guests with live performances and plenty of audience participation. This is a popular event so make sure to make your reservations in advance.
Graffiti Class
Go beyond just admiring Wynwood’s murals—pick up a can and learn to make your own graffiti at the Museum of Graffiti’s weekly classes. Groups are limited to 8 people per session, to make sure everyone gets guidance and feedback. A class ticket includes paint and admission to the Museum afterwards. Classes are held every Saturday at 5pm.
Wynwood Art Tours
Get the inside-baseball scoop on Wynwood’s infamous murals by taking a Wynwood Art Tour. Walking tours and golf cart tours are both available, as are other events like a graffiti experience and a screen printing class.
Arlo Wynwood Events
From yoga classes to tech world mixers, comedy nights to DJ nights on the rooftop, Arlo Wynwood is a hub of can’t-miss events. Follow Arlo on social, or bookmark the Happenings page to stay on top of what’s coming up. The Higher Ground courtyard is a lush oasis, also available for private events, should you be planning something special.
Looking Ahead
If you’re looking at your calendar to plan a Wynwood visit at other times of year, make sure to consider Miami Modern + Contemporary in January, Art Wynwood in February, and Wynwood Pride if you’ll be in the neighborhood in June.
