Urban Fee

Your Stay, With More Perks

From our hyper-local events to the little things that make all the difference when you’re away from home, at Arlo, we’re all about making travel low on stress and big on the good stuff. Our urban fee helps bring that experience to life.

The $37 fee per night (plus tax) will be automatically added to your folio and unlocks added-value perks designed to help you stay connected, feel your best, discover the neighborhood, and make the most of every moment in New York City.

  • Citi Bikes

Our NYC hotels put you at the heart of the cities’ most vibrant neighborhoods, but there’s always more to explore. We see you, and we’ve got you.

Arlo’s partnership with Citi Bike provides guests with a $15 credit per day, for bike rentals, so you can head out for a day of two-wheeled discovery.

Spending time at Arlo NoMad? Head on over to the bike path that runs along the East River for epic views of the Brooklyn Bridge and beyond. That’s just the beginning, of course. New York is a biker’s dream, and there’s nothing like seeing the city on your own time, at your own pace. Ask our front desk on how to get access to Citi Bikes for your New York City adventure.

  • Welcome. Hydrate.

Mom was right. Staying healthy on the road starts with staying hydrated. You’ll find two cans of water in your room daily. And, to encourage you to keep up your water-drinking during your stay, you’ll find refillable water stations on the second floor, right at the top of the stairs. Drink up. (Make Mom proud. Your skin will thank you, too.)

  • Stay Connected

Whether you’re fielding work emails or scrolling social, a strong Wi-Fi signal is crucial. Done and done. All guests at Arlo Hotels have access to our property-wide internet access, from your bed to the restaurant, and in the cozy nook you found off the lobby where you can get some work done. And if you’re looking to phone home, phone a friend, or jump on a conference call for work, don’t sweat it. All local and domestic long-distance calls within the US are included in your stay.

  • Wellness

Workouts. Wellness. A stretch sesh. Your self-care routine doesn’t have to stop just because you’re on the go. If you’re staying with us at Arlo NoMad, ask us about our complimentary fitness passes to neighborhood gyms. The hotel also host fitness classes led by NYC’s top trainers on their rooftops. See our See, Play, Do calendar for more details.
