  • The Oculus

    The Oculus is the strikingly designed transportation hub at the WTC campus, serving subway, PATH and other connections. It also features retail and dining options, making it both a transit and shopping destination. Even if you’re not using transit, popping inside the Oculus is a worthwhile experience just for the architecture and ambiance. Good for a quick stop.

  • 9/11 Memorial & Museum

    This memorial and museum honor the lives lost in the September 11, 2001, attacks and tell the story of the site. The site includes the twin reflecting pools marking the footprints of the former towers, plus museum galleries with artifacts and narratives. Set aside at least 1–2 hours for a meaningful visit, longer if you plan to explore the museum fully.

  • One World Trade Center

    This is the main tower at the rebuilt WTC complex in Manhattan and includes the Observatory on floors 100–102 offering panoramic skyline views. If you go, book tickets in advance for the Observatory, check visibility conditions, and allow roughly 45 minutes to an hour for your visit.

  • Pier 25 – Hudson River Park

    Just west toward the Hudson River, Pier 25 is part of Hudson River Park and offers mini­golf, a skate park, playground, and scenic river-views. It’s especially pleasant at sunset. Bring comfortable shoes for walking along the riverfront and some time to relax by the water.
