Before You Arrive

Check-in time is at 4pm. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage for you so you can get out and explore. You are able to check-in up until midnight. Please contact the front desk if you plan to arrive after midnight by emailing us at [email protected].

The check-in age is 21 years old, and we will require a valid physical photo ID and a physical form of payment. The hotel does not accept digital wallet payments.

Getting to Arlo Washington DC

We partner with Capitol Crossing Garage. Use 701 3rd St NW, Washington, DC as the address to parking.

Drive & Park

Set your address to 701 3rd St NW, Washington, DC.

Self-park first, then bring the ticket to the front desk so we can process the parking on the reservation and provide a Garage Access Room Key accordingly.

In and out privileges included. Our overnight parking rate allows guests to keep vehicles in the garage until 1pm on the day of departure.  After 1pm, additional hourly parking charges apply.

After Hour Policy

Parking Cutoff Time

    • Garage access for parking ends at 12am. The garage is closed from midnight to 6am
    • After midnight, no new vehicles may enter the garage.

    Exiting the Garage

      • Guests who have already parked can exit the garage at any time.
      • Enter through the lobby entrance, where security will let them in after hours.
