The minimum check-in age at Arlo Williamsburg is 21 years old. Guest will be required to present a valid photo ID, in addition to their method of payment at check-in.

Yes! Arlo Williamsburg is family friendly. Any guests under 21 must be accompanied by an adult 21 years or older to check-in.

Check-in time is at 3pm. If you arrive earlier, we are happy to store your luggage for you so you can get out an explore. A valid government issued photo ID matching the full name on the reservation and credit card must be provided at check-in. For pre-paid bookings, the physical card used for the deposit is required to be preset at check-in.

Check-out time is 11am. Late check-out can be added for a fee, based on availability.

  • $75: Between 11:00 AM and 2:00 PM
  • Half the current nightly right: 2:00 PM and 4:00 PM

Yes! The Arlo Williamsburg’s fitness center is located on the third floor and is open for 24 hours.

Yes, up to two (2) dogs or cats per room, each under 35lbs, may stay with their humans for the duration of their stay. There will be a fee of $20 pre-tax per pet, per night charged in addition to the standard room rate. All animals must be registered with the front desk upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot at this time permit animals other than dogs or cats in any capacity. We request that you let the hotel know prior to arrival in writing so we can accommodate you on a pet friendly floor.

No, Arlo Williamsburg is a smoke-free property and smoking is not permitted on the premises. A $300 + tax (8.75%) daily cleaning fee will be applied to all rooms where smoke is apparent.

The hotel will receive guests’ packages starting three (3) days prior to arrival. The first five (5) packages received are complementary if under 50 lbs.
All additional packages which weigh between

  • 1lb – 49 lbs. will be charged at $10.00 each
  • 50lbs. – 99 lbs. will be charged at $25.00 each
  • Over 100lbs. will be charged at $75.00 each.

Up to (20) Packages allowed before rental fee storage area is needed. We deliver packages daily to our guests between 5:00 PM and 6:00 PM. For immediate package assistance while on property, please contact the front desk or concierge and we can arrange to have the packages delivered immediately.

Should guests need packages to be stored prior to arrival, there is a $5/day holding fee for guests who have not checked in.

The hotel will authorize unpaid room, tax, urban fees as well as an incidental hold for the below values:

  • $300 for 1 night
  • $400 for 2 nights
  • $600 for 3 or more nights
  • Additional $200 per night for multiple night stays with a $600 mazimum

Your final bill will be applied against the authorization and any remaining authorization overage will be released upon check-out. Depending on bank processing times, the release of funds in your account could take up to 30 days. Use of debit cards is discouraged.

The urban fee is $35 + tax per room per night will be added to all reservations in additional to the nightly rate. The urban fee allows us to ensure that we are providing the best accommodation to our guests and include the below benefits:

  • 2 cans of water daily
  • In-room high-speed WiFi
  • In-room espresso
  • Rooftop Pool access (seasonal)
  • Daily Citi Bike passes
  • Alo Moves
  • Local phone calls
  • Access to 24-hour fitness center on the third floor
  • 24/7 printing, scanning, and faxing services
  • Daily $15 food and beverage credit to be used at Sungold during dinner hours

Bookings, Changes, and Cancellations

Our change and cancellation terms vary per type of booking, but many of our rates are fully cancellable when you book on our website, up to 24 hours before arrival. Any changes to your length of stay may result in room rate modification to the prevailing rate and length of stay pattern in place for that day. A fee of one (1) night room + tax (14.75%) will be charged for early check-out/departure. No changes or refunds will be provided to prepaid, non-refundable reservations.

Rooms

We have 147 rooms with king-sized beds or queen-sized beds. Check out our rooms page for more details and pictures. We do have connecting rooms based on availability, please do contact hellowilliamsburg@arlohotels.com if you’d like to book two adjoining rooms. We do not have rollaway beds or sofa sleepers.

While we don’t have traditional cribs available, playpens are available through the front desk.
