Hotel Guest Timeslots

Time slot reservations are required prior to arriving at the pool. Unfortunately, pool access is not available on the day of departure to ensure that arriving guests have availability. Each booked room is allowed 2 people total to access the roof.

  • 10:00am – 12:45am
  • 1:00pm – 3:45pm
  • 4:00pm – 7:00pm

Once the reserved time slot ends, guests can still enjoy the pool, just not the poolside bed or chairs which have been reserved for the next guest!

Hotel Guest Reservations

Cabana reservations are for 4-6 guests. Each cabana reservation will allow a total of 6 pool passes for the time slot.

Below are the minimum spends required for cabana reservations.

Monday – Thursday

  • 10am: $250
  • 1pm: $800
  • 4pm: $1,000

Friday – Saturday

  • 10am: $300
  • 1pm: $800
  • 4pm: $1,000

Rooftop Pool Guidelines – Summer 2024

  • Seating at the rooftop pool will be based on time slots. Time slots must be reserved. There are three time slots: 10am, 1pm, and 4pm and availability is based on a first come, first served basis.
  • When reserving a room, guest will automatically receive 2 (two) passes per room per night booked.
  • Guest may also invite non-hotel guests to the pool by paying for the day pass rate for the day.
  • Children (under 21) will only be allowed at the following time slots:
    • Monday – Thursday: 10am & 1pm time slots
    • Friday – Sunday: 10am time slot
  • Guests are allowed 1 child per reservation, $100 per additional child unless the child is a lap-child and does not occupy a sunbed.

You are welcome to use the pool as a hotel guest. Pool access is available for guests starting at 10am on the day of their check-in.

We highly recommend guests make pool slot reservations as soon as possible for the day of their arrival or the day of their stayover if it is a multiple night booking. Guests are not permitted to use the pool on the day of departure. This ensures guests checking in that day will have full availability to access to the pool prior to their check-in.

Premium seating is available for purchase. Guests may purchase premium seating any time prior to their arrival if available. All premium bookings must be reserved by contacting the pool concierge at

Pool is exclusive to hotel guests and those who have rented seats through ResortPass. All pool
bookings must be reserved in advance.

Our rooftop bar is open daily from 2pm – Close, for non-hotel guests. On certain dates, the rooftop bar hosts events that require an entrance fee. The fee will be determined by the programming team.

Weather Conditions

  • We treat any inclement weather on a case-by-case basis, and the rooftop and pool will open weather permitting.

Pool Lifeguard

  • A lifeguard will be posted at the pool daily from 10am – 7pm.


  • The pool is heated up to 80 degrees Fahrenheit.

Pool Deck Cleaning and Sanitizing

  • Our time slot reservations allow for 20-minute intervals our housekeeping team to sanitize the pool seating after each guest use.

Changing Room and Showers

  • Arlo Williamsburg provides outdoor showers for guests to rinse off before or after entering the pool. Changing rooms are also available on the rooftop, but we recommend changing in your guest room.

Pool Towels

  • The rooftop host or hostess will provide each guest with a pool towel upon entering the rooftop pool. The pool towel must be returned to the host or hostess when returning to your guest room.

Pool Blankets

  • Pool blankets will be available at the host stand during dinner service from 7pm to Close. Guests must provide an ID to be given a blanket. The blanket must be return to the host stand upon departure in order for the guest to retrieve the ID.
  • No pool towels will be given during dinner service on the rooftop.

Poolside Dining

  • Daily service is available. Weekdays, food service is from 12pm-10pm. Weekends are from 10am-10pm.


  • In house music will start at 10am daily. Hotel resident DJs will play every Saturday and Sunday starting at 12p. From Tuesday – Sunday, we have a DJ playing for dinner service, starting at 7pm – Close.


  • Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the rooftop. If a guest is traveling with a service animal, they may enter the rooftop during their time in the pool area. However, animals are strictly prohibited from the pool.

  • No swimming while lifeguard is off duty
  • No eating or drinking beyond the yellow line around the pool
  • No private photoshoot is allowed
  • No outside food or drinks are permitted
  • No personal radios or speakers allowed
  • No diving or cannon balling in the pool
  • No running in the pool area
  • No illicit substances are permitted
  • No nudity
  • No screaming
  • No glassware is permitted
  • No smoking
  • No balloons or pool toys

Poolside Dining

  • Daily service is available. Weekdays, food service is from 12pm-10pm. Weekends are from 10am-10pm.
  • No outside food or drinks are permitted.


  • If a guest is celebrating and wishes for a cake to be brought up, Maître D’ manager approval is required. Any cake not purchased on property is subject to additional “cutting fee”.
