FAQs

Arlo Williamsburg provides full-service staff including servers, bartenders, bussers and barbacks. Coat check and bathroom attendants can be hired at an additional cost. 

All vendors who work on the property must provide a COI including but not limited to: florist, decorator, photographer, DJ, AV company, etc.

Your venue rental includes a total of up to 12 hours. Most weddings typically use 5-6 hours for their event, 1 hour for load out and the rest of the time for deliveries and set up. All vendor load in and load out times should be coordinated with Arlo Williamsburg’s event manager. All rental deliveries must be dropped off and picked up within the 12 hour rental period.

We help plan your menu, staffing, and venue setup, but a hired professional and insured planner or month-of coordinator is required for your wedding day. We’re happy to share our talented recommended vendor list.

We are able to hook up a phone, microphone or DJ set to the Mirror Bar and Lobby Bar speakers. For any extensive AV needs, including projecting and live streaming, we recommend hiring one of our preferred AV vendors.

No confetti, glitter, sparklers, smoke machines, or permanent wall/floor attachments allowed. Only low-tack tape and vinyls are permitted. All decor and personal items must be brought in and removed on the same day. Excessive cleaning fees may apply if these rules are not followed.

The lower left ballroom alcove has built-in drapes, but we do not have portable drapes onsite. We are happy to connect you with our preferred draping vendors if the need should arise.

While we don’t have any exclusive vendors, we’re very proud to work alongside all of our preferred vendors. Incredibly talented and genuinely collaborative, we’ve curated our list over many years of shared experience.
